Hello my dearest mailing list members,
I hope you all enjoyed may day!! The gig went fantastically, despite the slight technical difficulties and not so slight sleep deprivation. If anyone has been inspired to start Morris dancing by the wonderful show all the sides put on, do feel free to reach out to me :) Unfortunately due to the bad weather we won’t be having a session tomorrow and there are no upcoming, so enjoy a slightly quieter week - I know I will after the week I just had.
Rehearsal + Kit Workshop
As usual we’ll be meeting at Cohen quad at 20:00 but with a twist! Our wonderful kit officer, Dan, will be running a workshop on using our sound kit and desk. This will start with a short general guide, followed by Dan taking people off in small groups to learn to use the mixing desk (for people who are interested).
The rest of the rehearsal will be as usual.
